Installing updated drivers for video card

Hey guys,

I'm running Windows 7 and Jaws 15. I just tried to play a DVD using Windows Media Player and got the following error message:

Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because it is not possible to turn on analog copy protection on the output display. Try installing an updated driver for your video card.

I tried to update the driver using a tool from Intel.com, but when I launched it and scanned for the latest drivers, it told me that there were none to be found. The DVD still won't play.

Anyone know what I should do?

Thanks,
Becky

Perhaps try using something like VLC media player. It is free and can be downloaded from ninite.com
Alternatively, You could go to the manufacture site for your computer and see if there are any updated drivers for your particular model, but if the intel software isn't finding anything, doubtful the manufacturer will have anything different.
